Rachael Smith – Fill the Gap Marketing
Rachael is the Marketing Director at Fill the Gap Marketing, a strategic marketing agency based in the East Midlands. For the last 2 years, they have working with the team at Micropigmentation UK to assist them with the marketing and organisation of the Micropigmentation UK Conference and Awards.
Rachael has been working in the marketing industry for over 5 years and is creative individual with strong strategic and writing skills. Her expertise includes content marketing, social media management, strategic marketing and events management.
In 2015, she was awarded ‘Young Business Person of the Year’ at the Lincolnshire Media Business Awards for her work at Fill the Gap Marketing.
